Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products or services we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

6 – PAYMENTS, DELIVERIES and RETURNS

Payments:
Zeds Wholefoods uses Stripe, a leading global banking service, to take customer payments, requiring the use of a payment card (debit or credit card). Zeds Wholefoods does not acquire or store any part of the credit card information. Card information is fully encrypted when transferred to the Stripe payment service.

Deliveries:

Orders will be delivered up to a maximum of 5 miles from Zeds Wholefoods shop. The price for the delivery service will be determined at payment and added to the cost of the order. Zeds Wholefoods does not add on any handling fee to you.

Returns:

Non-food products can be returned according to EU regulation within 14 days from receipt (right of withdrawal). Once food products have left our shop and delivered, for safety and hygiene reasons, they cannot be returned or refunded, except for quality reasons.

7 – ORDER AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms & Conditions.
